These terms govern access to and use of PG2U Broadcast, operated by AS GOLD GROUP SDN. BHD.

Use of the Service

PG2U Broadcast is provided by AS GOLD GROUP SDN. BHD., Company Registration No. 202501007905. You may use the service only for lawful business messaging and only if you have authority to access the connected WhatsApp Business assets and contact the recipients you message.

User Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate account, company, WhatsApp Business, and contact information.
  • Protect login credentials, WhatsApp access tokens, and dashboard access.
  • Send messages only to recipients who have provided valid permission for the relevant message type.
  • Honor opt-out, deletion, and privacy requests without unnecessary delay.
  • Follow Malaysian law, Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, and WhatsApp policies.

Suspension

AS GOLD GROUP SDN. BHD. may suspend or terminate access for misuse, unauthorized messaging, policy violations, security risk, non-payment where billing applies, or illegal activity.

Limitation

The service is provided for business messaging operations. Availability may depend on third-party platforms, WhatsApp Business approval, API limits, templates, and phone number status.
