Information We Collect

PG2U Broadcast collects the information needed to operate the service: user names, email addresses, login records, WhatsApp Business Account IDs, phone number IDs, display phone numbers, approved template details, customer names, customer phone numbers, opt-in and opt-out records, campaign details, message delivery statuses, webhook events, and support request information.

How We Use Information

AS GOLD GROUP SDN. BHD. uses this information to provide account access, connect WhatsApp Business assets, retrieve approved templates, send user-requested campaigns, prevent messages to opted-out contacts, show delivery results, troubleshoot support issues, protect the service, and comply with legal and platform obligations.

WhatsApp and Meta Data

When an authorized user connects WhatsApp Business assets, PG2U Broadcast exchanges data with Meta APIs to verify phone numbers, retrieve approved message templates, send template messages, and receive delivery webhooks. Users must have permission to connect the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number used in the application.

Sharing and Retention

AS GOLD GROUP SDN. BHD. does not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers and platforms needed to operate PG2U Broadcast, including hosting, database, security, email, and Meta WhatsApp Business API services, or when required by law. Operational records are retained for service delivery, audit, security, billing, and dispute handling.
